On Monday I had a great experience talking to a small but attentive audience at Run-4-It Edinburgh about training. Totally mixed bunch but all really engaging and motivated so I really enjoyed it. I hope to do some more talks in the future so if your interested in having me drop me an e-mail. It was the first time I’ve talked about sport in public but I found it fine because I was talking about something I was passionate about. Hamish has a great team at Run-4-It and are rushed off their feet because they can spend 30min+ with most customers making sure they get the right shoes.
I also had a good meeting with Alistair Crawford of liveontheedge.com and SLS3 compression. He has given me some socks and kit which I testing at the moment and if they are good which they certainly seem to be, we will be signing a deal and I will give you the low down in a week or so.
