Things going well on training camp in Aguilas. Staying with Scottish legend Cat Morrison so it’s been intereesting and got some great training AND recovery in unlike some ‘holiday’ camps we’ve done before. Weather been pretty mixed but had some greta stuff alone with the awefull and Cat rescued us yesterday when we got caught out so we owe her a good feed tonight.
Done a couple of century rides but yesterday was 400 watt+ VO2 intervals! Off to the pool now for another 5k along side the Italian boys team!!!!!
If you want a quite focussed place to train get in touch with her, it is silly cheep to stay in a great appartment here!
